LGBTIQA+ creatives are taking over Huon Valley Council's Artbox for the month of August

We want more visibility for our Southern Tassie community and we want to show off our collective creative talents. Visability Box is about coming together in the depths of winter to brighten up Huonville with a show of creative abundance. It doesn't matter how you express your creativity, paint, pen, thread, words, models, ceramics, photography, other stuff i haven't thought of, submit it and show it off!

Yes! I want to be a part of this! What do I need to do?

It's easy, just complete the submission form below, oh and live in Southern Tasmania.

What can I submit?

Any creative medium you want. Paint, pencil, pen, photography, sculpture, textile, models, words, video, go wild!

Maximum hanging size A1 (594X891mm)

Maximum for 3D works is 400X400mm

Please make sure all items are ready to hang/display (this means stands are provided for 3D works and works for the wall have hanging wires/frames)

Please contact Kat with any queries katkustom@hotmail.com

What will happen with my submission?

Submissions will be on display inside the Huon Valley Hub.

Winners will be displayed inside the Visibility Box (Artbox) next to the hub before being transported to the Elizabeth St Pier, Hobart (also in the Artbox)

Are there any entry fees?

Nope. It's free :)
