‘Visability Box’ was brought to life by Kat. She wanted the Huon Valley to embrace and celebrate the diverse community that lived there.
Hiring the ARTBOX - a mobile art gallery space run by the Huon Valley council - as well as the exhibition space at the council ’s hub, Kat showcased over 50 of the area's artists, young and old. There were prizes for the best pieces and three guest judges to determine the winners. The winning pieces were displayed in the ARTBOX and were on show in Huonville for two weeks. The gallery was then moved to the Hobart waterfront where the exhibition was on display for a further 2 weeks.
