If you are interstate or unable to collect, you can still proceed with your online purchase prior to receiving a quote; however, shipping cost will be set to $0 by default so an additional charge will be due prior to any shipment of original artworks and will be billed separately. Any other shop items purchased in the same order will have a separate shipping rate applied - this does not apply to the original artwork shipping.

In general, returns are not accepted. I am pretty confident that you will love your new purchase, but in the unlikely event there is an issue with your order please contact me directly to discuss 🙂
