Inspired by Hartz Mountain National Park in Tasmania.
"It was windy on today's walk. Very windy. At times we had to squat down with our back toward the wind and hold on to the boardwalk. We got to the pass and started tracking up to the peak, picking our way along the exposed alpine ridge, but after 10 minutes the wind was just too strong and we turned back. Heading back to the car, the wind died down. This is probably my favourite bit of the walk, the expansive view with Mount Field and the Huon Valley all laid out before you."
