"Pink light kisses the tops of the distant mountains and you get a sense of peace. A moment to step outside of yourself and just breathe. This is my mindfulness. My meditation. I struggle to still my mind most of the time, always thinking about the next project, the next tattoo, appointments, kids, bills, on and on. Up here I can breathe. I can be still. I can relax. Nature is so important on so many levels. We need to protect and cherish what we have left. And what we have left, here in Tasmania, is glorious."
